Governor Simon Bamberger and his staff have been invited to attend a reception at the home of Princess Lwoff-Parlaghy in New York City. The princess is a portrait painter who has created a painting of the late Admiral George Dewey. This portrait will be on private exhibition on April 19 and 20.
