The Office of Saint Stephen is the home of the people who take the blame for screwing up and absorb public scorn after saving the world. Stephen’s colleague, in the process of “screwing up to prevent extinction level events” is Justin who always acts at the last moment, Justin Time, when it is too late for the enemy to enact their potential Plan B.
Often, the men who absorb attention in the media, after a world-ending plan has failed, are often named Justin or Steve, which is an additional clue for those of us who rebuild the story of saving the world. There is a female version of Stephen, it’s Mimi (from the expression Me! Me!). She is represented by the character Mimi in the sitcom The Drew Carey Show.
For context, Saint Stephen is the first Martyr and Justin Martyr, also known as Justin the Philosopher, was an early Christian apologist and philosopher. He wrote the first apology.
The names Stephen (Steve) and Justin are never random, when given to a boy. Additionally, many actors of national security will adopt these names of they can. In TV, the most Stephen character is The Office’s Steve Carell which is a mockumentary created by Stephen Merchant.
Stephen Baldwin and Justin Timberlake are excellent examples of the archetypes and roles of the members of The Office of Saint Stephen.
The suppression of uncomfortable ideas may be common in religion or in politics, but it is not the path to knowledge, and there's no place for it in the endeavor of science.
